Issues with Tracker Hardware

If they sent me free instruments too, I’m sure I’d say they’re the best in the world and that those who criticize them are talking nonsense and lying.

This is the result of someone who spent $60!!

Me? Nobody special.. and i judge the honesty/sincerity of people by their actions.
As everyone should. And i like to give the benefit of the doubt.

Shall we review your actions then?

  1. You create this inflamatory post. For anyone wondering, your original title to the post was: “I will never buy a Polyend product again”.
  2. You start by ranting about your device being defective. That nobody at Polyend was trying to help you, eventhough they clearly tried to and offered to repair the device that was bought second hand for free. All they asked was the shipping cost.
  3. However you say they asked for money to repair it, which is a lie.
  4. I come into this topic and try my best to help you, even pointing out that others have tried to help you but you ended up not replying to them anymore.

We then go in circles for days.. with me sincerely trying my best to help you with your problem. Explaining things with as much detail as possible, even taking the time to make a video to show you that your device is clearly defective and needs replacement/repairs. Eventhough you claim it is a software issue.

And then i start asking some simple questions about where you purchased your device, so we can figure out next steps..

I even go as far as contacting Polyend directly to help solve your issue. And guess what i find out? Yes.. that the reasons you weren’t telling me this information is because you bought a second hand device, which nobody knows what the state was and that you are just in general unwilling to fix the situation.

But you felt the need to omit the information here? Why? Did i at any point before give you reason to doubt my sincerity that i was trying to help you!?

But of course… according to you, i’m the dishonest one here.

This is such a weak excuse and i’m so tired of hearing it.
I started liking Polyend looong before i became involved with them.

I bought multiple of their devices with my own money (starting with the Medusa). But yes - it’s true - nowadays i have the privilege of receiving their devices for free, so that we can help users here in the forum. Why? Because i genuinely like the products and the people that make them.

Speaking of honesty:

  • i am not employed by Polyend
  • i don’t get paid by Polyend
  • Polyend never ever asked me to only talk positive about them.
    Infact i’ve been critical as well and they actually invite critisism.

So yes, i have no problem with people coming here and voicing their opinions. But what you are doing here is not being critical, you are being dishonest and venting your frustration on this forum - unjustified. So yes, i will call you out for this.

If you look at the world in black and white. I’m sure it does. I’m just happy i don’t look at the world with such a narrow field of view.
