Issue with one of the pads displaying a different color (Play+)

Hello, I’m having an issue with one of the pads displaying a different color. This happens regardless of the mode or project being used. I’ve already tried reinstalling the firmware and rebooting the device, but the problem is still there.

Could you please help me resolve this issue? Thanks a lot!

Hey @hugo.piaget, welcome to backstage (and sorry that you have issues with your Play+). :people_hugging:

Here’s some more things you could try, before contacting support:

  • try powering the device from a different place (powerbank or from the psu block)
  • try a different sd card (or format the current one)

If the issue still persists, i would get in contact with support (either from the place you bought the device or Polyend directly).
