Is there a not tie function or workaround? Want to have one solid unbroken note between patterns.

As long as you don’t have an OFF note at the end of your pattern, it will carry over to the next pattern. Now depending on your instrument, legato can be achieved in different ways.
One is to use the Glide Step FX (Section 7.8 of the Tracker Manual)
What is important to note when it comes to the Glide FX, it retriggers the start of the sample.
As an alternative there is the Slide Up or Slide Down Step FX (Section 7.36 & 7.37 in Manual)
