Is there a way to add your own reference jpgs to the tracker?

Howdy y’all!

has anyone found a way to put reference material onto the tracker itself? I noticed that the quick start guide is just a bunch of jpegs and so I tried adding a jpeg of the midi chord chart which I always have to look up on a device which kills my workflow but it didn’t work it was probably the wrong size jpg. I’d love it if I had some way of getting my own reference material on the device.

anyone walked down this road before?

Hey @joxphillips! Want to welcome you to backstage. Great to have you here with us!

So a couple of things worth mentioning. First, to answer your question, the .jpgs are 800x390, 300 dpi at 24 bit.

Now more importantly, if you have the manual still on your Tracker then you should update your firmware as the onboard manual was removed at a certain point. You can find the latest firmware at Tracker downloads • Polyend. Just be aware as previously mentioned, you will loose the onboard manual, but in exchange for a more stable Tracker with more features

Last but not least, there’s a wish system here on Backstage where if you have an idea of a Polyend product, you can write up a wish. You could write up a wish for .jpg support. I welcome you to do so by creating a new topic here Draft wishes - Polyend Backstage

Cheers and all the best.
