Hello everyone. I have problems connecting my ASM Hydrasynth with the Polyend Mess. I connected the Hydrasynth with an Insert Y Cable from KLOTZ AY1 to the Stereo In from the Polyendmess and from the L/R output i go into my apollo x8 interface line 1/2

But i get alot phase cancellation and low volume. Do i have the wrong cable? Or is it because he main audio outputs (Left and Right) on the Hydrasynth are line-level, balanced TRS jacks. Guitar pedals are typically designed to receive a lower-voltage instrument-level signal as far as i know.

Hope someone can help me.

Shouldn’t have phase cancellation or low volume. Did you set the input to stereo and line input in the main menu? What power supply are you using?
