Still happening and I’ve tried both Chrome and Edge browsers on a PC, and Chrome on an Android phone and happens on all. See below for screenshot of error message

Just picked up Moment and Undertow. I’ve just been listening to the raw samples (haven’t even loaded them into anything to make music yet) and I’m absolutely in love with both packs already.
I’ve never made house, but Rising Light has me tempted to give it a go. Sounds like an immediate and accessible genre starter pack. I think that’s where these palettes excel, and the price point is perfect.

Hi, great to hear this. Yeah the Rising Light pack sounds great doesn’t it, I didn’t get a chance to work with it but Gus is a talented producers and really worked on making it as useful and fun as possible.

Am also seeing this today - did you get it resolved ?
Been buying at least one of these packs every month–always look forward to the 1st and having a new genre to mess around with. 
Dark Garage is my favorite so far. 
Would love to see more fill packs in the coming months. Particularly genre-specific melody and bass fills. My only gripe with the Play+ after a year is that the fills that come stock are getting a bit repetitive and I’d like some new starting points to edit and randomize.
I tried making my own fills but I can only get them to work on the synth page, not the sample page. Which is frustrating as there are so many great bass samples I’ve purchased.
