The Mess keeps me inspire. I like the nuance tweaking of my own presets, that inspire song ideas.
Since day one, I set the Global Input and Mix Knobs to my liking achieving unity volume and the most dynamic natural sound without any fx engage. Just my.guitar into my amp versus the Mess on or off.
I had to use tape to keep the Input and Mix knobs fix on the levels i hear the best.
Consider in the future a push into lock feature for those global knobs. That would.be helpful for all live gigs.

Post data: .i am dreaming of a similar Mess pedal but one specializing in Diode Clippers, saturators, fuzzes, spectra screamers, spectra expanders and cool fxs to tailor my gain sounds. Thank you the Mess rocls my world and I am still finding new fx formulas to test and improve my current presets.
