I no longer have any sound in the line out of my tracker—just a clicking sound.

Since installing the latest firmware 1.9.2, my line out sound has disappeared.

Instead, I have a clicking sound.

I performed a configuration reset,

I reinstalled the previous firmware, but the problem persists.

Do you have any ideas on how to debug my tracker? I want to be able to hear the stereo sound.

Definitely is not normal. After installing the firmware, did you initiate a new project to ensure that all the new functions get initialized? If that doesn’t solve it, I would download a new copy of the firmware and try reinstalling just in case the download got corrupted somehow.

If none of that solves it, let us know and we can dive in deeper.

Yes, I did try creating new projects and launching demo projects.

I downloaded firmware 1.9.2 a second time.
If I reinstall firmware 1.9.1, the problem is the same: there’s a continuous clicking sound in the line output, and no other sound.

I performed a configuration reset, I also clicked on the small button on the back.

Any chance you could get a recording of the sound and share it here?

Could you also check the headphone output and see if sound comes out?

One last think to double-check that you are plugged into the line out and not one of the MIDI jacks. I know it might sound like a silly question, but it’s happened to me before :sweat_smile:

Oh yeah that could do it, even if not for this Tracker - I’ve done it before!

I would send a video to support as well if you continue to have an issue, could be a hardware problem.

My tracker is no longer under warranty; it worked perfectly in my home studio until the latest firmware update.
