I have one like this — it’s great, portable, and better quality than most of the on-board speakers other than maybe the OP-1F and OP-XY.
Which is why the whole “please integrated speaker” thing is a bit silly, Imo.
They’re never gonna sound good. The only thing i wish would be an m8 type dual speaker setup so we can get stereo.
Really? Of course, I want to upgrade my Tracker, thinking about attaching a thin power bank to its back. Currently looking for options, I came across these funny mini speakers, but somehow I have a feeling the sound from them would be total crap.
I’m thinking of ordering something like this.
As for speakers, any kind will do for me - I’m tired of sitting at the desk or using headphones. Sometimes I just want to lie on the sofa or relax on the balcony and work on music.
yeah! it’s not about the sound quality, its about the fact that i can just listen to my jam without spending 20 seconds de-tangling a wire! And since it’s a tracker, the chiptune-style output works well anyway! I can recommend this one i’d say it’s around 1-2x better than the speaker in the EP-133 KO ii (if you’ve ever heard that)
Im guessing you have a tracker non-mini, as I was confused at first why you’d need a power bank for your battery powered synth!! But yes, 100% get this, if you ever make music outside the studio
i think there are some better options, Im hesitant to go cheap when it comes to anything that gives electricity to my beloved synths
