How to use the download card included with polyend synth

I bought polyend synth and it came with a download card, so I thought I would enter the code to download the palettes.

However, I checked the Digital products,Register Product and Palettes website and could not figure out how to download the palettes.

Please tell me how to use the download card for my stupid self…

The palettes are in the Store - you use the code to “pay” for one. The contents of the card is in the Downloads page of website - Synth downloads • Polyend . That includes the stock palettes. (I presume you also got a physical SD card - if not you should contact your retailer. Stupidly, I can’t recall whether it came in the Synth already, or in the USB SD card adapter!)

Thank you @DPB , @BROCKSTAR for your replies.

Sorry for my explanation and poor English, the card I mentioned here is not the SD card but the paper with the code filled in.

I should have shown a picture…

Hi! @kurage.sm21783669 .

I think you have to enter in the Polyend web page and then go to “Palettes”. Choose the pack you want and click “add to cart”. When you go to the payment in the cart you’ll see this page:

The coupon code should work and the price will be 0.

Hope this helps!!!

Cheers

Thank you, @darioleicach.
I was able to apply the coupon by entering the code for the ‘prism’ palette.

Actually, before I asked this question, I had tried the same thing with the ’ Old School Rave’ palette that was on the card, but was confused because the coupon did not apply.

Anyway, my question was answered!

Thank you!

After downloading the palettes, where do we move them on the SD card for installation? There’s 16 bit/24 bit, and I put them in the samples pack, but can’t seem to find them within the Polyend Synth. Thanks!

they go in the WAVS and GRAIN folder. Those are the only 2 engines that can use .wav files/samples.
