How do I update Polyend Play firmware?

To flash the firmware of your Polyend Play:

  • Copy the firmware .ppf file to the microSD card using the attached microSD card USB dongle reader
  • Click the encoder to enter the Main Menu → Settings ->Firmware ->Update Firmware
  • Select firmware file and click encoder, you will see on screen message: ‘Do you want to flash new firmware?’
  • Use buttons on the left side of screen to accept od decline flashing process

Just a quick note - you need to put the firmware in the /Firmware/ folder on the SD card. Otherwise the Polyend Play can’t see the firmware file.
