…to mingle and interchange dirty messages through all their available channels.
Is just a tiny thingy but it saves me right now some space, facilitates cable management and makes it nicer to use both.
Design input took into consideration not only sizes and cable placement but also the COG of the whole assembly (including devices as an estimate) and target total base area.
Will probably add a quick release vesa mount to the DN to baby proof it a bit
Thinking on giving the idea another spin and maybe sell them flat packed with different configurations.

Well done!
Love it when people come up with their own stands and solutions.
Just last week i had to come up with a custom solution for myself as well.
I just recently switched to a Jasper Rack:
You’ll notice that the Tracker and Play lay kinda flat’ish on that surface.
So i built risers that will give me a better angle:
Anyone else building their own solutions to gear setup problems? Please share!

Noice one!
Related to the angle, I noticed curiously that the tracker screen has more contrast when you look at it at an angle instead of perpendicularly. Is pretty evident when using it at the couch while sits in your lap. Don’t know if it is intentional or just derived from the type of screen.
I added some cable handlers silicone bumps here and there to leave the cables dangling in place when taking them away. How do you usually deal with cable mess? Thinking on investing little by little on wireless midi.
If i remember correctly, i think this was a deliberate choice. But i’m not entirely certain about that.
Velcro and cable canals if possible. But mostly velcro
If you look at my pictures, you’ll see a lot of velcro is used everywhere
At some point it becomes a loosing battle anyway though.
- 1-2 cables for stereo output
- atleast one USB
- 1-3 MIDI cables
- power cable
- maybe some audio inputs
So per device you are most of the times looking at atleast 3 cables.
Eventually that becomes unmanagable regardless of how well you plan things.
This is why velcro is ideal. Easy to apply, ease to remove and reuse (and it lasts forever).
