What is the problem?
Effect with ID of 0x10 and 0x25 (Random FX and MIDI CC F) have the same letter f - this can cause confusion for the user.
To solve the problem, Random FX could have x instead of f to distinguish from MIDI CC F.
What do you want to achieve?
A unique character for each FX.
