Be able to use math to play more fine-grain with the Chance numbers. For example, a 12% chance is a 1 in 8, which is pretty useful.
What is the problem?
Chance is only available in 10% stages (10, 20, 30, etc). This doesn’t gel great with the concept of mathematical probabilities.
What do you want to achieve?
Allow fine-tuning of the probability/chance to be anything from 1 to 99%.
An easy example, as above, is that 12% is a nicely-rounded and more appropriate chance for something that happens in blocks of eight (like, say, musical phrasing).
Are there any workarounds?
No.

Hi @Territoires, I have added the template that is required for all the requests submitted to the #wishlist. Can you explain your wish following the template, please?
Editing the above, sure thing.

Hi @Territoires , thanks for the wish. Unfortunately, the current Chance implementation would not make a difference between 10% and 12% as you suggest, because these are probabilities and we wouldn’t notice such a small difference in playback. To implement what you propose, we’d need a completely new algorithm. On the other hand we also don’t want to just put 100 values onto Chance knob, which would make it less usable. Thanks for understanding and best regards
