Hey all, I was wondering if anyone else noticed certain folders not showing files withing them on the tracker mini. I noticed its only with a few of my folders, the games folder, recordings folder and patches folder. I am able to see them when my mini is connected to my laptop or phone so the files are definitely there but not when I open the file location on the mini . Its not a huge deal but is a little annoying when I try to delete recordings I don’t want anymore because they don’t show within the recordings folder in the file section, so the only way to remove them is to connect my mini to my laptop or phone then deleted them that way.
everything does show within the sample loader menu though which is strange, besides games and patches[which i just get the presets from the synth edit and loader so thats fine]
I’d appreciate any tips or ideas or maybe its a bug or my micro SD card [original 16gb card]
Hey there @Cere, welcome to backstage. Very cool to have you here.
Seeing you have a Mini, hope you take a chance to browse on similar topics here.
Hmm, that is an odd one, and the first time I hear of this kind of experience.
Would you say this was immediate and noticeable after the firmware update or is there a chance that it could be circumstantial? Would you have an idea when was the last time you browsed those missing folders before you updated the firmware?
Also want to confirm that you created a new project after the firmware update, as that is an important last step to reinitialize any internal setting that may have changed on the project level.
I’m sure it’s an easy fix. Worst case could a corrupted file system and should be easy to back up your work and reinitialize your SD card.
EDIT; FYI I’m charging up my Mini to see if I’m able to reproduce this.
Yeah I am not having the same outcome. I have access to the folders you do not.
Best frist-try is to save your current project, and then mount your SD card somewhere and delete your workspace folder. Then create a new project and see if the issue is resolved or not.
