Factory reversed keycaps

Hello,

I received my polyend tracker the day before yesterday (bought new).

But two keycaps are reversed (FX1 and FX2), it bothered me a lot at first, and after checking they should not be like that.

So my question is the following, how to remove the keycaps without damaging anything? I must admit that with a new machine, I am a little afraid, and I especially do not want to damage anything.

Ok :laughing: … on a more serious note. You should be able to remove the keycaps, if you got something like a guitar pick or similar that you could get underneath the caps.

They should come off pretty easily and then you can just pop them back in place.
