This seems to have the potential to solve alot of hardware rig integration problems with Polyend gear. Will be keeping an eye out for reviews in relation to Tracker+, Mini, or Play+

Exactly what I was thinking! I was eyeing the Polyend Play+ as a groovebox, but the lack of multi-out was something that was missing in my opinion! The workaround of using USB multitrack and recording everything afterwards is a solution, but definitely not the smoothest workflow.
In this case now the question is: considering the total cost, is it worth paying that much or simply looking at an other device? Even though it could be useful for other reasons in your setup in the future.
It would be most welcome if USB audio could be added to the Synth.

Looks like only 1 USB input for audio feed. That kind of reduces this to being a box dedicated to a single machine’s USB audio output.
Would be awesome if it had 2 or 3 USB audio inputs, which would allow 2 or 3 devices to benefit.

Update: Picked it up, and it works! It’s slightly fiddly to setup, but yea… no more ras-pi or other oddball workarounds. It just works with the tracker (after that fiddly setup).

Further investigation: So a really important thing for other polyend users, it’s quite fiddly for the gear with a single power + data cable WITHOUT an internal battery. I tried hooking it up with multiple usb-c hubs and it straight doesn’t connect, even while both the outbox and the polyend gear are getting power to them. Both directions. So until further clarification, would advise only Tracker MINI owners pick up the outbox 8.
