Earthing Hum on Output

Hi all, got a splitting headache from a ground hum whilst using headphones on the Tracker+…have tried alternative power but it’s there and prominant. As usual with these things touching the metal part of the casing grounds it…any tips from other users?

I don’t have any hum whatsoever. So this is odd.
Does this happen even when on a usb power bank?
