Received my first Polyend product today - the MESS! First impressions are that it seems great and should be a lot of fun. Surprised there is no dedicated headphones jack though…

The unit came with a ‘Download your free Sample or Preset pack’ card and code, but what does this mean in the context of the MESS which comes preloaded with 150 presets? Surely samples are not relevant or compatible with the MESS…

Thanks for purchasing Mess. Yeah, that made it in there on accident, but thanks for bringing it to our attention. Maybe we’ll release some mess preset packs in the future, so hold on to it :man_shrugging:
