They also mentioned that they can’t fix critical bugs swiftly due to the same complexity. As a software developer, I understand that there are indeed situations where not everything can be fixed quickly. However, I also know that many issues can be addressed more promptly, which Polyend seems not to be doing.
The problem clearly lies with the company. We, as users, lack proper communication from the manufacturer and systematic updates. In essence, we’re dealing with defective instruments that contain bugs. The company seems to be ignoring us in this matter. They don’t release official statements, fail to explain the situation, and don’t offer any compensation for our waiting and patience. What’s your opinion on this?
