Can't enter free sample pack code?

A card came with my Tracker+, with a code to download a free sample pack or preset. The code is 17 digits long. I can’t enter the code at checkout. How can I redeem this? Thanks in advance

Hey @sfieldsx72, the codes are usually 18 characters long (including the hyphen).

They should look similar to this: pal-12a3-4b5c-d678

Once you are in the Checkout Screen (not just the Cart), you should see a field to enter it:
