Cannot move cursor up or down in pattern editor when MIDI Clock In is external

Bug Description

After entering first note in pattern it is not possible to move cursor up/down via keys or jog-wheel when midi clock in is not internal and midi transport in is internal.

Reproduction Steps

  1. Set midi clock in USB
  2. Set transport in INTERNAL
  3. Create new project
  4. Go to pattern view and make sure the cursor navigation up and down via jog and keys works
  5. Enter a note (wherever)
  6. Try to move cursor up or down.

Firmware 1.8.0

Easily repeatable, 100% chance. Problem is in “Clock in” parameter, “Transport in” may be any option.
