FM radio region can be changed depending on the location, the available regions are Europe, the US, and Australia.

even if i set mine to US, I still only receive from German radio station…as this is my location.
It is a setting for your current, nearest geographic location for compatibility. You will definitely not pick up US stations in Germany with the tracker. Hope that helps.
