What is the problem?
Currently, the user is limited to distinctly less repeat type options on the midi/synth side than on the audio side, limiting the programmable capabilities of midi and synths when using the repeat parameter.
What should this feature achieve?
By adding these algorithms to the selectable repeat types, the user gains more variety and functionality out of this parameter than is currently possible.
Are there any workarounds?
The current workaround is to just use the performance fx, though at a cost to precision and more natural flowing performances that are more flexible than what would be required to perform each repeat as if it were programmed beforehand.
