I’ve watched a couple of unboxing videos and first thing I noticed was the micro sd usb adapter was just loose in the box, didn’t come in any packaging and was just thrown into where the ac adapter plugs are placed. Also noticed I didn’t get a sticker set of the synth engines. Other things I noticed were the screen already had small scratches and I got a code to redeem a free sample pack off palettes but the code doesn’t seem to work.
Did I get a demo or customer change of mind stock?
I can totally see the adapter maybe not being packaged and stickers missing as mistakes during the initial packaging.
But the code not working and scratches on the display do raise suspicions.
If you can, do you mind sharing the palettes code with me (privately or here since it’s used already). I’ll gladly check with Polyend directly, if the code has been used already or if it is an invalid code.
That would give us some clarity and it would also reinforce the theory that this might be a used device.
