Bug Description
Hello Polyend Team,
I’m experiencing an issue with my Polyend Synth where the blue grid screen changes automatically without touching any knob or control.
Here are the details of my setup and the problem:
Firmware version: 1.3.1v
External devices: None (no MIDI, USB, or hub connected)
SD card: Original Polyend-supplied card, brand-new
When it happens: While the Synth is completely idle — after a few minutes of being left on the blue grid screen
Behavior: The screen suddenly switches to another view or parameter page on its own, even though I’m not interacting with any controls.
I have already tried:
Power-cycling the unit
Using only the original power adapter directly from a wall outlet
Keeping the device isolated from any MIDI or USB connections
However, the issue persists.
It seems to be a spontaneous UI change or encoder misdetection that only occurs when the blue grid screen is active.
Could this be a known firmware issue in 1.3.1v, or might it indicate a hardware fault (e.g., encoder signal noise)?
Please advise on possible troubleshooting steps or whether a firmware rollback is recommended.
Thank you very much for your help.
Best regards, Modori
Steps to Reproduce

Load any preset or scene that uses the blue grid engine.
Leave the unit idle on the blue grid screen without touching any knob or button.
After a few minutes, the screen changes to another view automatically by itself.
