Backward loop sample playback starts forward

Bug Description

Backward loop sample playback starts in the forward direction, after that it plays backwards all the time, as it should.

Reproduction Steps

  1. Load any sample
  2. Open Sample Playback screen
  3. Select Backward Loop
  4. Press Preview
  5. First playback cycle is always forward, only subsequent cycles are in the backward direction.

Occurrence

bug is reproducible always

Found in

go to Config > Firmware page on your device and copy version / build numbers below

  • Version: [example 1.8.0]
  • Build: [example 840]

I think that’s the way it’s supposed to work, at least from the explanation in the manual:

If you want to only play and loop the sample backwards you could reverse the sample first In the sample editor.
