What is the problem?
Current latching behaviour requires you hold the shift key to latch notes BEFORE you play the notes. I propose also adding the option to press the shift button once the notes are already being held - this would better reflect the behaviour of many other synths (e.g. Arturia synths allow for both).
What should this feature achieve?
It woud be a simple change to make in the firmware (I think), but would allow for more versatility, including around improvisation for the Synth. Sometimes yoy may not know you wish to hold a note or chord until you’ve played it when improvising / jamming.
