Adding samples/kits to Step

me again.
really appreciate your presence on the forum! I get that you’re not tech support but I’m surprised I haven’t seen a response on my question to tech support yet…

I had the free palette card in the box with my Step and registered and everything seems OK. but when I input the code from the card into the spot on the checkout page, it says “Code Doesn’t Exist.”

I sent a plea to tech support over the weekend and haven’t heard back…
