Ability to adjust Tempo FX in increments of 1 bpm

It would be nice if the tempo effects increments could be 1 bpm instead of 2 bpm.

What is the problem?

The Tempo FX only let’s you adjust in even increments. So if your song is tempo 95, you can’t ever change the tempo and then change it back to 95. You can only set it to either 94 or 96.

What do you want to achieve?

Increment Tempo FX by 1 instead of 2 bpm.

Are there any workarounds?

As far as I’m aware, there is no way to manually enter the tempo or an effect value without using the dial or the buttons.

Fine tuning the song’s BPM inside the patterns. What is the problem? Tempo fx (Txxx) goes from STP to 400 by 2, that means it is only divisible by 2. The hex values inside pattern file are from 0x04 to 0xC8 (4 to 200). This means there are values from 0x00 to 0x03 and from 0xC9 to 0xFF (201 to 255) they could represent more tempo fx options. For example (this is only the suggestion that could be further considered): 0xC9 (201) - T+0.1 - add to the declared tempo 0.1 BPM, ex. T144 T+0.1 => to…

So i guess in order for this wish to stand a chance you would have to come up with a solution/proposal for that.
