Vertical coloured lines appears in the screen

Tracker Firmware 1.8.0!

After some internal investigation this problem with the lines on the screen is with: A single device with a hardware screen failure, this is not a problem with updating to 1.8. There is no way that the update to 1.8 caused the screen failure. The pictures being shared here are of the same tracker, although there are claims of “multiple users” having this issue, this simply is not true.
