Any fix for this? My tracker + which is less than a month old is not recognised when plugged into a pc via usb. I get the usb device malfunctioned popup. Ive tried 4 good usb cables, and 3 pc’s, each one immediately pops up the error when the tracker is turned on.

Ive tried reinstalling the firmware, and the reset pin hole switch, no change.

It started this morning when i changed the usb audio setting to off and the tracker instantly turned off. It then failed to start again, turning itself off after about 2 to 3 seconds while starting up. It eventually started again with a usb power bank but its always an unrecognised usb device, storage mode doesnt work and changing the usb audio options just pops the unrecognised device pop up again :frowning: sad times. Anyone have an idea?

Is this fixable or will i have to return it?

You’re probably best off contacting support directly for this one, my Tracker+ stopped powering on, just made the usual click sound upon powering on, but no display or lights on the pads.

Polyend created a RMA and sent out a replacement straight out when the faulty one was returned.

Thank you, I called the shop I got it from and they are replacing it tomorrow. Fingers crossed for its replacement.
