What is the problem?
I often accidentally touch the Step’s tempo knob — much more often than I’d like! It would be great to have an option to lock the tempo, especially when the Step is placed on the floor.
What should this feature achieve?
A Tempo Lock would make the Step more reliable and performance-friendly. It prevents accidental tempo changes, helping users stay focused on playing and creativity instead of readjusting settings.
Are there any workarounds?
Right now, my workaround is keeping a paper list of all my songs and their tempos, so I can crouch down and set it back manually when it gets changed by mistake.
