What is the problem?
This is a minor request but I think a simple one to implement, and it would help in authoring songs.
Currently, the pattern grid in song mode shows either a solid square or a blank one depending on the contents of the pattern.
I suggest that some kind of density pattern based on the number of notes in the pattern would help navigation between pattern and song view.
What should this feature achieve?
This small UI change would assist in switching between pattern and song view when one has several patterns which differ in specific ways.
Are there any workarounds?
There is no workaround really, this would be an enhancement/improvement
