It’s not possible! Every time I move or probably a wrong midi message arrives, or I touch the SD Card, when I turn it back on it doesn’t recognize the memory card. It’s not fair!! ---

Hey @teazrecords sorry to hear that you are having issues. SD Cards can be very fickle at times. Here‘s some common steps to find out what‘s going on: - Have you tried a different SD Card? - Have you tried powering the device differently (from a powerbank, computer, mobile phone charger)? If you tried all of this and you still have issues, please [contact customer support](https://backstage.polyend.com/t/how-to-contact-the-polyend-customer-support/15510), as that would indicate that there is something wrong with the device. ---

Honestly, this is not the first time this has happened. It is not fair to not be able to be sure that a machine works, especially if the defect does not depend on the person using it.
