At the moment, the sample length limit in the Sample Editor is approximately 45 seconds.
This limit is actually by design and stems from the file size constraint, which is why you were able to import a low-quality file that exceeded 45 seconds.
The part of your report concerning the Preview playback speed has been logged as a bug, and we’ll let you know when we find a fix. Thanks for your support!
