What is the problem?
Please can you amend your program change system into something more useful, thought-out and logical.
The current system is bizarre, confusing and makes preparing a live set overly complicated.
I think it makes much more sense for the program changes to change the scenes. Perhaps a number can be included in the title. I’m not sure if you need another midi channel to do this but if so that would be how the elektron boxes do it and its much better.
So simple PC1 = scene 1, PC2 = scene 2, PC3 = scene 3 and so on and so forth.
Then each scene is loaded up and we have our 3 engines ready to go. We also save groupings now scene by scene as the unit intend for everything else it seems. You can then ditch the 8 program slots per scene, which makes no sense at all to do like this.
What should this feature achieve?
It would make live performance, program changing etc much more efficient and useful, no need to manually do it or try and use the 8 slot system, which you then need to reorganise constantly within itself.
Are there any workarounds?
No the PC current system is awful and non sensical.

Please look at the Roland MC707 grid option, you can load up a project with 8 rows of 16 and easily program change between all 128.
On the elektron boxes you can easily program change between 8 x 16 pattern bank / sounds.
But in any case program changes change scenes solves everything and is a much better way of going about things.
In any case there should be a system where you can play for 2 hour live set and change 16 x 3 (at least) with an external midi controller and PC and not need to manually intervene on the unit.
