how can I connect my instruments with little ouputs like
Intellijel Multigrain has with MESS big Stereo Input?
I have seen no cables on the market for this.

Your best option is to use a cable adapter that uses dual mono 1/8 female to a single 1/4 stereo male. Leaving a link below as an example.
