Inverse of "insert" - how?

When editing a pattern I can insert an empty step at where the cursor is and everything below it will be pushed further down.

How do I do an action that’s an inverse (or reverse?) of it? Like a backspace key is doing in old trackers (or in Word for that matter)?

The obvious Shift + Insert isn’t it, because it jumps to the beginning of the pattern.

Help, please

I gotcha!

Shift + Backspace/Delete will do what you are looking for. :hugs:
