Okay there are 2 steps to getting tokens for endless.

  1. Register the device - this gives you access to the playground.
  2. Buy $20 in tokens - Use the discount code in the box to get tokens for free.

I thought just registering was enough and didn’t realize there is a voucher in the box with a code to get the free tokens. My bad, sorry for the confusion. Thanks Mitch!

First of all, brilliant idea!
If you could now provide a VST – like a container or host (obviously for a fee) – that would let me use the .endl files I’ve created directly in the DAW, that would be next level :winking_face_with_tongue:

I’ve had a bit of a play around with Playground, but unfortunately my results aren’t nearly as good as the ones you’ve provided.

  • Were the examples you’ve provided also created using Playground?
  • A bit of guidance on how to prompt it correctly would be really helpful.

My Polyend Endless arrived. I thought that there was no paperwork in the box so I went through the online registration process feeling baffled. I figured you were just being environmentally sensible without adding paperwork in the box. No free tokens were applied upon registration. I spent about 25 minutes trying to figure out how to apply the tokens on the registration page and finally landed here. The paperwork and token voucher are hidden underneath a little cardboard “butterfly” clasp in the box. Polyend, you should put a note on the registration page. If I am this dumb to start with, maybe I should just return this pedal now.

Thank goodness for your note. I could not figure out how to add the Tokens. I read your message and thought “What Voucher?” “Where?”

Hi Polyend,

I recieved my Endless allthough, when i use the coupon code out of the box it tells me the code is not valid? ive tried with - marks and without. Followed the capital letters etc. Still no luck.

It tells me, The following errors were found: Coupon “xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx” cannot be applied because it does not exist.

What can i do?

My Endless came with an “Endless Delay” plate instead of the blank one mentioned on the product page, is that normal?

EDIT: If you reverse the plate, the back side appears blank. I’m not sure if this intentional, but works for me.

Yes, we originally planned to send all pedals with just a blank but decided to add “Endless delay” to each one since you can flip them over to the blank side.
