As i stated before, probably there’s a manufacture issue with some boards, its just that not many users do tests.
And i cannot test further, my device is currently RMA under warranty, god knows how long this takes.
But i can provide the part of the serial.
I just need the initial (three?) letters (don’t need the numbers).
Just trying to establish a pattern.
The initial 3 letters are PTK***

@paul-8189 This is the bug report already, though we can assume its hardware related. You can set the line in in the config menu to left channel only, then you should hear no sound when turning up the gain.

@Patrick is right. This is already the bug report, so you are good.
I’ve forwarded the findings to Polyend in hopes to find out if it is in fact a hardware revision specific issue or software related after all.
Once i know more, i’ll make sure to update you guys.
Hey @here, as i sadly expected, it turns out to be a hardware issue. @Patrick’s device made its way to Polyend and it looks like a faulty radio module.
@paul-8189, if you want to get yours sorted out, please fill out the RMA: RMA Application Form • Polyend and Polyend will take care of this for you as well.

I received my tracker after RMA.
What did you repair? It has exactly the same issue.
I am quite unsure whats going on here, did you even open up the device? Can I have a statement, please.
Sorry for detracting from your own issue, but i’ve just got a shipping label and an invoice from Polyend after submitting an RMA. Not sure what the invoice is for as the unit won’t switch on and should be covered by warranty.
Is it something to attach to the return parcel somehow (along with the shipping label) as the instructions aren’t super clear and I want to post this tonight?
Instructions say…
‘You will find the documents necessary for shipping your instrument below. Please print what’s attached, affix it to the parcel, and drop the package at the nearest collection spot, or schedule a pickup.’

@Patrick We have done some investigating with the service team. They are adamant that they exchanged the radio module in this unit. Thankfully, Thomann already contacted us about this case and we are waiting for your Tracker. We will make sure it’s fixed for good
