What is the problem?
Finding a specific sound takes too much time due to the presets are only organised into different engines.
What should this feature achieve?
When I’m looking for a, let’s say, lush pad sound it would be much faster to look into the pad category, instead of scrolling through all the patches across all engines.
In those categories, e. g. Bass, Lead, Pad, Rythmic, FX etc., the presets should be mixed from all engines.
Are there any workarounds?

I can add more device tags, if this could help other devices too. I just need some hints…

Look at the TE OP-XY, you can switch between engine related preset organisation, or sound related, with whtever engines is needed to get that sound.
The ableton move has only sound categories for presets, regardless of the engine behind, wich is, IMHO, still superior to only engine related prest categories.
