Buttons on the Mini -- should I contact support?

Hi!

I had the same experience here: my mini buttons seemed mushy and hard to press, so I’ve created a ticket.

I had great help from the polyend support!

I purchased my mini second hand so I did not have the original receipt, but with my serial number, they found that my machine was still under warranty.

Now my tracker mini is perfectly fine and a lot more fun to use!
