What is the problem?
struggle with frequency accumulation in mixes.
What should this feature achieve?
added a “bell” type to the existing filters (LP, HP, BP), It would repurpose the current parameters: cutoff for the center freq, and RES as gain +/- (centered at 0, like -12dB for notch, +6dB for boost), with a fixed Q of 1 to keep it light. Just an extension of the step FX tools to target problematic fundamentals or excessive resonances.
