3D Printed Piece for Jog-wheel Repair

Hey there everyone.

The nice folks working Polyend service sent me a couple pieces to fix/support the jog wheel on the Tracker.

I am generally advanced when it comes to putting things together but I cannot figure out how to use the 3D printed part that comes the repair kit.

Is there any documentation or pictures as to how I go about getting this thing installed?
